作职位列出来广告上每项要求存在的理由即可？
我的绿卡广告上写了要求engineering master + 0 yrs experience,那么我是不是还得
说明为什么这个职位需要招master吗？这个要求好像很难解释吧？请问大家都是怎么处
理的啊！
我查了以前的帖子，好像关于如何处理perm audit的内容不是很多， 希望有类似经历

audit. But I can see your issue here:
MS+0.
First, 0 year expr means anyone with MS is qualified. I assume you were the
only applicant with MS in your final PERM application, right?
Then the MS is the focal point. Is MS the normal degree requirement for your
job? What are the job degree requirements for similar positions in your
company? You need to write reasons why this position requires MS? To
convince the auditor that the job requirement was not tailored to your
qualification just for the PERM purpose.

东西，

那个project里用到什么知识/技能。然后还要附上这些project的介绍等等。
关于master，要列举在工作中的哪些技能是在master的课程中才学得到的，而且这些技
能在你的project中，需要被很快很熟练的运用，没有时间在工作中慢慢再培训。最好
