发帖数: 215 | 1 三月份寄出的PERM申请，到了9月底告诉被audit。律师又慢吞吞的准备，说又要9个月
的时间才能有眉目，前前后后有块两年了，连个140也递不上去，搞的公司的HR也烦了
。
不发牢骚了，还是问问题吧。
为了回复audit request, 律师要公司HR提供公司类似岗位的人的简历，为了说明该位
置所需的skill set是有根据而不是杜撰的。但是HR找不到相同职位有同样技能的员工
，因为每个position的requirement都有不同的侧重。现在HR也很犯难。。。
眼看audit response的deadline马上就要到了。律师逼着要，公司又拿不出来。该怎么
办呢？ 好像audit request里面也没有要求一定要本公司相同职位有同样技能的员工的
简历吧？ 求过来人给指点指点吧。

第二，你需要一个叫business Necessity Worksheet的东西。我办理的时候律师没收到
我这个文件都不file我的材料。

Our company did provide the "business Necessity Worksheet", but the lawyer
asked for the resumes of the current employee that are in the same position
and same educational and working experience. Since everybody is different,
it is hard to find a person like that.
How did your company deal with this?

The USCIS at least did not shutdown, for DOL, sign...PERM is probably their
lowest priority.

我是被要求证明职位找不到美国人，结果交上去简历他们非说有个人符合
有一个SPECIFIC的要求对方根本不会，但是他们说可以培训 把我拒了
好好准备BLESSING
后来有阵子不那么严格，我两个朋友在那时候被AUDIT都过了 |

两年工作经验。PERM Audit 要求交同组同等职位雇员的resumes来证明确实需要这些
qualifications，还好每个雇员都满足这个条件。我也不懂如果有人不满足该怎么办。

印度的H1B是中国的十倍，由此推算Perm的申请也是中国的十倍，难道印度一夜之间又
冒出来狂多的Perm申请？ 中国（包括其他国家的)人躺着中枪了.
金融领域本来办绿卡就很难，很多公司不拖到最后一天是不会考虑办的，现在又被DOL
卡脖子，到了140那步又被移民局盘查，到了485排期再被奥本歧视，眼睁睁看着印度人
抢走SO，中国人连汤都喝不到。。。
我不得不承认，现实比我原先想象的残酷还要残酷的多。
