after looking at my case, 9 years, 4x LC, 3x 140, plus my wife's LC and 140.

TSC wouldn't give any update as long as your RD is still after the
processing date on USCIS web site (currently 04/05/2011 for TSC). TSC does
confirm that pending I-485 with approved I-140 may go slower than later
concurrently filed I-485.
Indeed, it's ridiculous. I scanned 2000 numbers around mine, and at least
200 with RD 5/27 and "initial review" status. Honestly I think something big
or little screwed up there. Well, it's been a long journey and I even lost
passion to be furious. Sooner or later, I will get it. |

damn processing time is published on 2/21/2012, it was as of 12/31/2011.
There has to be some movement in the past two and half months.

senator or congressman again.

first thing in the morning. Let's see how it goes.
