律师四月份交了PERM,我发过几封邮件询问,但最后律师只解释为“We are going to
move forward with your PERM case and at this time do not anticipate a delay
due to the RIF."
有没有人有经验这是不是可能导致很大程度上我的PERM被audit或更糟?

until 6 months after.
If it already happened, pray neither your arrorney or manager reported the
layoffs. |

case”
我觉得different role和你说的related occupation是不是一个意思?我继续要求他解
释时他就回复“We are going to

另外我确信我的经理和律师提到了lay off因为还有一个走过场的我的经理面试我的过

occupation as you. If the case got audited, he should be able to provide the
evidence.
Whey did your manager interview you? Shouldn't he interview the people who
applied for the job?
