发帖数: 281 | 1 I called the tier 1 officer today. She told me my case was still in review
and no other information could be seen. She said she couldn't access
anything pertaining to my background checks. And she refused to put me
through to a tier 2 officer. I have an infopass session scheduled this week.
Do people usually get more information on background checks through
infopass than over the phone? Or is infopass pretty much the same as calling
USCIS customer service? Thanks. |

发帖数: 177 | 3 我也碰到不转电话的，放下再打一个另一个就转了。yoyo也说过每个tier 2的权限不一样
，一般都说不了太多的info给你， 但我最后一个问到的tier2，可以留comments 在
case上说让加快审理，电话时常打打也无碍，这是我的一点经验了，祝楼主好运！ |
