今年是递交了降级140，马上要做relink，3类140貌似刚批。
如果律师递交了relink请求，突然倒退了或者unavailable了就只能在EB3一直等了吗？ |

。。。。。。。。。。。。 In this situation, it’s possible that we would
want to “switch” your AOS back to the EB-2 category, which would require a
request to the USCIS. Ultimately, these requests usually prevail, but they
can be cumbersome and it could delay the process. As mentioned, we wouldn’
t be able to switch back and forth continuously, as USCIS only permits 1
interfile request at this time.
