“While we already requested the EB-3 I-140 cover letter that it be
interfiled with the AOS Applications once approved, we will also send a
formal request to USCIS to interfile the I-140 EB-3 and continue processing
the AOS Application once we receive the new EB-3 I-140 approval notice from
USCIS”
我理解这个interfile就是relink的意思，不知道对吗? 负责我Case的律师在休假，另
一个律师说the formal request of interfiling已经file了，也不知道靠谱靠谱。
我要问的是，我现在在USCIS网站上查485状态，怎么还是2015年EB2时候的信息：
“On July xx, 2015, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485..."
这个正常吗？会不会这个485根本都还没relink到新的EB3 140上去？下个月排期就倒退
了，我现在能干点啥呢？ |

找律师的同学你们输在起跑线上了“。
interfile就是relink。485状态从来就不靠普。
你要是不放心就自己按置顶relink一遍，反正重复relink一遍也不会碍事。这样你也放
心了。
也可以T2 确认是否relink上。

可以按照以上这个来确定你有没有relink上。

发帖数: 4 | 7 you may go to infopass to check with officer directly. I did relink and
USCIS sent me confirmation letter for my relink, but actually in their
system, they still put my 485 under EB3 and also hold my EB3 application;
after I checked with the officer by infopass, the officer found out the
mistake, and sent out an email to correct the mistake for me. Hope this may

一下，很容易，注意把材料都附在纸质材料中，模板修改正确无误，提交之后就能放心了

我同时也有请议员办公室去查状态和催绿。今天收到从议员办公室转来的USCIS答复。
从那个答复来看，已经没有名额了，新财年前没希望绿了。
