processing time and received the response today.
But my I-485 was filed after I-140 under EB3 was approved.
PD: 08/2010
EB2 -> EB3 I-140 Approved: 04/16/2014
EB3 I-483 RD: 05/16/2014
So my PD is current and also within TSC processing time. Why does it still
say "dependent upon approval of the Form 1-140 as well as visa availability"?
Should I call them or send an email to the TSC follow-up email?

而且485的Receipt Notice很清楚地说明是Employment Based 3rd

我也是EB2->EB3, 昨天SR回复LD的case也被错误的认为是2类，气死了。

485是140批了才file了的。
好像收到我同样的答复还有其他人，不知道USCIS怎么搞的。

发帖数: 167 | 11 Some actions I have taken so far after receiving the response from USCIS to
my Case Inquiry.
1. Sent an email to the Senator's office asking for help. The staff
forwarded my email to the congressional liaison at USCIS for an inquiry.
She mentioned a 2-week turn-around time.
2. Sent an email to [email protected]
/* */ but the auto-reply email
instructed I should contact them through this Email only after calling NCSC
at 1-800-375-5283; obtaining a SRMT# first but still not getting a response
after 15 days. Per YoYo and BigBee's advice, I haven't sent another email
yet and hope they would respond to me within the next few weeks.
3. Contacted my lawyer at Fragomen this morning asking them to contact
USCIS to ensure my 485 is linked to the 140 under EB-3 and received the
following response "We will reach out to the USCIS to inquire on the status
of your case. As your priority date just became current this month, it is
not unusual that a decision has not yet been rendered on your case. We
discuss with the USCIS officer and revert back to you with an update."
Don't think there is anything else I can do but haven't done at this point.

今天总算从参议院办公室受到更新，说case“waiting to be reviewed...can file
another inquiry if no action is taken in 60 days", 还说这是通过congress
liaison's supervisor才打听来的。
呼唤版花和YoYo解答解答这是啥意思。1/22的答复说已经Pre-adjudicated了啊。 |
