4月中下旬加急EB3 I140 申请，结果USCIS 没有接受加急处理，并且退回支票。律师的
邮件如下：
We just received I-140 receipt notice in mail as attached.
However, premium processing request was not accepted by USCIS and premium
processing fee was returned to us. USCIS accepted premium processing for 2nd
I-140 filing in the past. But, unfortunately USCIS no longer accept it and
this application will need to be processed under regular processing. Our
accounting will refund the premium processing fee to you shortly.

这个original Labor Certification form是指的Perm吗？ |

所以如果15天内没调到就会给你退钱.
你继续申请pp,它调到了就直接给批了.

有人说，降级的时候不要PP， 要等几个礼拜再加急。
我现在已经离receipt notice 10天了，这个是现在就寄出，还是需要等多长时间才寄
出稳妥呢？ |
