一定要跟律师确认他做了Relink，自己做也行，版上有介绍。

I just asked my layer, she told me the interfile has been prepared and
should be filed this week.
I am also thinking about sending another request by myself through overnight
mail. or do SRMT online, but not sure if this will cause any confusion or
delay for USCIS.

发帖数: 490 | 6 I think as long as your attorney works on it, it should be fine.
I did it over the phone before I talked to my attorney. They brought it to
Tier 2 and did an internal SR, put my request on re-linking to EB3. I don't
see confusion here.
However, my attorney's file my request using my old address. Then all the
RFE letters were sent to my old address. Luckily I got them on time. And
then I had to do online address change again.
