Penn State had a salary freeze this year. So the numbers will be the same
for next year.
如果老兄你在 Penn State，你知道他们什么时候会加工资么？
是不是今年进去的有福了，如果他们明年大幅度加工资，岂不是正好赶上了？

发帖数: 3109 | 14 we are talking about a "possible" 2-2.5% raise for 2010-2011, effective July
1, but even that is not guaranteed yet. no idea about coming years.
the salary offered this year will probably also reflect the fact that no
raise was given universitywide last year. so ultimately there probably isn't
too much difference.
the university is changing the retiree health care benefits for new hires
after 1/1/2010. make sure you understand that one.
