section, 很多评审人自己就没有(独立的)或很少的房顶,对人很mean, 没有好的心态,
见项目就杀, 不管有没有读, 就给低分--自己拿不到,别人也别拿.对分慷慨的, 大多是
资深的(过了这个坎),有很多房顶的,当医生的;或者在医学院搞研究的,深感研究生活不
易的.最恶心的,就是那些搞电脑,数学的,水平半斤八两的(不知道咋混进Panel的).最近
一项目被一烙印阿三哥, 咖哩妹所害. 大家吐槽一下, 列一下有那些变态Study

最近一篇文章刚被牛杂志剧(直接剧没有审),然后不到一个星期就收到该杂志审稿通知,
一看要我审的文章,草,里面一堆基本错误,连本科生水平的错误都能犯,于是没好气得在
开头写到:this paper has no value at all and should not even be considered to
be reviewed.
第二个星期,该文章通知被锯,不过我大概是连编辑都得罪了.
哎,以后只好不投这个杂志了.

发帖数: 2041 | 3 All review sections are like this. However, I doubt anyone will
intentionally mark down your scores because other two reviewers' scores are
unknown until the study section. It will be embarrassing if the scores are
very different and grants like that usually get funded because the PO will
pay closer attention to them.
My former post-doc adviser's U grant is like that, one reviewer marked
significantly different scores than other two and cannot give a good reason,
FUNDED!
Also, grants going to harder study section sometimes can be a good deal.
Why? If everyone receives crappy scores, you don't need all 1s to be funded
. Cough cough NIDDK...cough.

7.最后也没拿到。 Panel上看谁更强势了。往往negative的人更容易占上风。

发帖数: 8536 | 6 我也干下相同的事情。一个院士的东西。尼玛，东来西扯没有逻辑。一看就是手底下的
薄厚，东拼西凑来糊弄人的。果断给据了。。
拒完后想想，那个院士和编辑好像一伙的，编辑也是院士。然后一查，果然是一伙的。
还有估计我拒了也不碍事，这老头喜欢自己做决定。我是得罪了人，还没捞到一点便宜。

发帖数: 2041 | 8 How about the 3rd one? If you have two reviewers are all 1s and one is 6/7,
the 6/7 reviewer better have a very good reason. My old PI's grant high
score reviewer has no reason and it shows in the study section. I think the
reviewer actually made the PO mad, because something was mentioned even in
the counsel meeting.

， 是2/4/6，最后讨论完估计是给了4或5。
