说总结性的话,举个research和teaching结合的例子就好了。
第二题,首先讲课要生动,最好能多举跟学生生活息息相关的例子,让他们能把学习的
内容跟自己的生活联系起来,他们就会觉得relevant。其次就是给他们提供incentive
,bonus practice还有让他们清楚自己performance。
第三题,制定一个合理的grading policy。考试成绩不是唯一评判标准。我还提供给他
们很多别的机会,比如homework,bonus practice,甚至attendance。practice很重要
,这种学生上课认真成绩却不好一般都是因为practice做的不够。如果能encourage他
们多练习,他们的成绩会上去。但是,最重要的是,要公平。会帮他们,但是不会因为
他们来听课就放水。 |
