3. If their scores are low, they will fail no matter what. Attitude is
important but that is just a prerequisite.

发帖数: 370 | 4 ls有经验的老师都不愿意好好分享一下。我没经验，我觉得我会这么回答。第一题不用
说总结性的话，举个research和teaching结合的例子就好了。
第二题，首先讲课要生动，最好能多举跟学生生活息息相关的例子，让他们能把学习的
内容跟自己的生活联系起来，他们就会觉得relevant。其次就是给他们提供incentive
，bonus practice还有让他们清楚自己performance。
第三题，制定一个合理的grading policy。考试成绩不是唯一评判标准。我还提供给他
们很多别的机会，比如homework，bonus practice，甚至attendance。practice很重要
，这种学生上课认真成绩却不好一般都是因为practice做的不够。如果能encourage他
们多练习，他们的成绩会上去。但是，最重要的是，要公平。会帮他们，但是不会因为
他们来听课就放水。 |
