请教一下，pullbar已经有了，剩下的是不是就是哑铃？
我看很多人都推荐 Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbell Set，这个真是必需的么？价钱不便
宜啊。 单独买几个行不行？如果要买的话，552和1090相比，是不是552就差不多够用
了？打算夫妻两个人都用，1090是不是太大了点？ |

发帖数: 5241 | 3 如果只是男人用，我一般建议1090，但是夫妻共用的话，也许倒建议买552，
因为552的25磅以下有2.5磅的递增，对女生比较适用。

我有一套barbell set带了一对dumbbell handles，能拼一对70-75lbs/each，
你们先拿去练两天吧，确定了能坚持下去再买自己的好了。
不过你们要来自取，太重，懒得送货:D

发帖数: 210 | 10 My used 552 for maybe 6 months before upgrading to 1090. Here are some of my
personal views:
1. Build quality and everyday use
The 552 seems to have a bit better build quality than 1090. The change of
gears is butter smooth and I never get stuck while changing weight. The gear
changing with 1090 feels a little bit less assertive and I get stuck
probably 1 out of 10 times when changing weight.
I also love the softer handles of the 552. I do all workout with bare hand
as I just love it. The teeth/nipple on the 1090 handles bite into my hand so
I have to use gloves.
2. Size difference
The 552 is not much bigger than your fixed weight dumbells. It almost looks
cute besides a pair of 1090.
The 1090 is quite bulky. I just cannot do normal bicepts curl with it as the
sides will hit the side of my body. I had to do hammer curl. But that's a
different workout for different muscles.
3. Weight difference
I would say a normal build man will out grow a 552 pretty soon, eventually.
I grow out of it after a few months. In the end, I have to use those high
rep routines such as German Volum Training 10 by 10. Once I can easily do 10
by 10 bench with 552 I put the dumbbells on craigslist and upgraded to 1090.
As pointed out in a earlier post, the weight of 552 can be ajusted much more
finely. But one thing I did not realize before I actually read the 1090
manual recently is that you can put different weights on the two sides. That
way you can adjust the weight with less increament - 5 or 10lb I do not
remember.
I am not that familiar with P90X program. I would think the program put more
emphasis on volums/reps. I would think a pair of 552 is better for you,
especially you work out as a couple. The manufacturer put it on sales with
resonable frequency. Check your favorite deal sites and you will see.

买那种中低档可调节哑铃。walmart 总重40Lb的一套，才30-40元左右。再买8个10磅的
片，最便宜的，才70刀左右。一共才100刀
这个方案好处是哑铃比552结实，决不会掉片。掉片虽是小概率，但要是正卧推时掉了
，鼻子都可以拍进去。此外，最大重量比552大。嫌轻还可以加，一磅不到一元。
如果嫌换片不方便，再花30元买一套可调节哑铃就行了。可以搞出好多组合。比552合
算好用多了。 |
