I need to upload during the actual process of e-filing? Is it just to file
out a I-140 form and then mail out all the rest supporting documents after e
-filing ? Or I need to also upload the petition letter online?
I am trying to figure out if I can e-file before I write up the petition

天审你的案子，为何不将材料完全准备好，自己完全满意后再file呢？现在的成功率是
远远低于100%的。还是稳妥点好 |

can extend my H1B after its 6 years, in case the I-140 is still pending by
that time.

发帖数: 8271 | 7 收据e-filed之后两天就到了。补充材料一个月之内交应该没问题。
我的140和131都是e-filed，去年EAD也是e-filed。我今年的131是3月1日efiled，移民
局的收据就是当天寄的。
我当时是07年7月24日efiled，26日收到收据的。我7月31日晚上寄的补充材料。我觉得
你再晚一两周应该没问题。晚过一个月，估计移民局会给你发信问你要initial
evidence，其实也无所谓，就把材料交上去就好了。
着急就先e-file吧。这样即使移民局耽搁，你也能很快收到收据。
