efile的。 USCIS网站上写了“Please note that the option to file Form I-129
and Form I-907 has been temporarily disabled within the e-Filing
System.“
我是不是应该在efile I-140以后，paper file I-907, 然后吧I-907和支票放到140
supporting materials里一起寄出去？这样的话材料该寄到哪个地址（我应该递交到
Texas的）？
Efile I-140的时候有一项：
