adjustment of status" for my wife on the i140 form of my EB1-B
application. It is little bit against my intuition. Here is her
explanation:
"as neither you or her are currently eligible to apply for Adjustment of
Status due to the fact that currently there are no immigrant visa numbers
currently available for citizens of China.
That being said though, you do need to go ahead and list her on the
petition as well as any children who are not United States Citizens so
that when an immigrant visa number does become available, she and your
children will be able to file an Adjustment of Status Application as your
dependents."
Have you guys checked "No" in the first filing of the I140 form? When will
the adjustment of status application be submitted? At the time of
submitting 485? |
