发帖数: 3382 | 3 it requires some academic society membership, like IEEE, ASME etc.
then candidates need to go through some training before becoming certified
evaluator.
the selection criteria does not include prior influence in the field.
it is a rather time consuming role if one decide to take it. so if the help
is not much, probably it does not worth it.
so does it help it a lot for EB1B application?
