You may not e-File Form I-140 if…
You intend to file Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, together with
your Form I-140.
这是说如果 file 140 and pp together, 就不能 efile 了呀？

发帖数: 9977 | 6 是这样的，pp是不可以网上搞定的。pp那张i907表可以单独寄，也可以和支持材料一起
寄。

对于140.
efile就是网上填个表，先给你receipt 和number，表示你排上了，然后你
把支持材料一周之内寄出给uscis；
paper file 140是填完表以后，把支持材料和表一起寄出去
