w********e 发帖数: 29	1 Hi, Everyone, I submitted my EB1-A I-140 form application on 09/19/2012, and the case was transferred to USCIS local field office on 10/26/2012. The case is still on initial review. Everyone said that they never heard the 1-140 application would be transferred to local field office I already submitted case assistance to Omudsman one week ago, and I made an appointment with the local field office of USCIS next week. Do you think that I should keep the appointment or not? Thanks
