I received the mail from USCIS for RFE yesterday, it looks very complicated,
the USCIS officer said that my scholar paper publication and review meet
the criteria, however the contribution did not meet the criteria. Moreover,
I was required to submit more evidence to establish that i will continue to
work in my claimed area of expertise.
My case was submitted on 09/19/2012 to TSC, then transferred to local field
office on 10/26/2012, I asked for assistance from Omudsman on 01/26/2013.
On
March,21st, 2013, RFE was requested.
Is anyone could give me any suggestion how to prepare the RFE?

这个纯粹就是充数，rfe这个没有一个被拒的，有工作的用offer即可，没工作的写个长
的research plan即可
contribution你需要好好总结一下，这么长时间涨的引用等可以加上，再找两封推荐信
即可！

发帖数: 866 | 4 These sound like very easy RFEs. For contribution, I think 2 more
recommendation letters to highlight the significance/international
recognition of your research will make it. I think that it is highly
possible that they will let you pass without even looking at the letters:)

发帖数: 29 | 14 Yes, I submitted the EVL, but I did not submitted the offer letter.
My job will finish in about 6 months, and offer letter said that the job
would finish Sep, 2012. The job was extended, however I did not get the new
offer letter.

job would be over in Sep, 2012. The job was extended till Sep, 2013, however
I did not get the extended offer letter. What could I do now?
