关于主申请人USCIS光是提到了公证书的翻译，因为只有出生证和结婚证是有公证书的
，所以是不是出生证和结婚证的公证书都在美国本地翻译并公证以下就行了。我的问题
是：结婚证一块翻译加公证并寄走？
关于副申请人：字面的意思是需要把结婚证和结婚证的公证书都翻译并公证。我的问题
是出生证是不是需要把公证书翻译并公证？
补充一点：我们的出生证和结婚证都有中文和英文。
所以不知道是不是这个属于吹毛求疵的RFE?

这个文件。你们可以看看你们的文件里有没有，没有的话有点麻烦，因为这个是在国内
做的，需要国内的公证处认证一次，要是在美国，找个朋友签字认证就行了。 |
