结果被RFE了要certified translation.原文如下:
"You submitted a Marriage Notarial Certificate with your initial filing but
the translation was not certified. You need to submit a translation which is
certified. To establish the relationship you claim with the principal
applicant, XXX, you must submit a copy of your marriage certificate which
has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country in
which you were married.
Important: If you submit a document that is not in English, it must be
accompanied by a complete English translation. The translator must certify
that he or she is competent to perform the translation and that the
translation is accurate. Any English translation MUST be submitted together
with a copy of the translated (foreign-language) original."
律师说只要在这边找个非亲属的中国人写个certification of translation就好了,也
不需要notary.
请问这样保险吗?有必要找人在国内重新弄一份四页的结婚公证吗? | F***m
