The translator must certify that :
1. the translations are accurate and complete, and
2. The translator is competent to translate from the foreign language into
English.
我准备找单位里的一个教授签字证明我的翻译是accurate and complete, 然后去银行
公证， 这样行吗？
我准备在response letter中这样写：
Upon the request in the RFE letter, the notarized certification of Dr.XX on
my translation’s accuracy and completeness is attached. Dr.XX is the
Research Scientist of Moffitt Cancer Center and has been in USA for more
than 10 years, about the translation of non-English citations of my work.
还是说非得找一个正规的翻译机构给翻译一下，小弟的文章有一些中文引用， 这样要
花好多钱和时间。
请大家给个建议。

translator翻译就行了，我准备这么做，不知道可行不？请前辈指导 |
