更新过。3月份打指模之后就一直在等面试通知。因为接到了一份工作offer，希望我八
月初上班。但是绿卡还没有消息。于是上周请求议员帮助。议员很快回复了，转发了
NBC的邮件如下。

Receipt Number: ********
Form: I-485
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter.
A review of our systems shows this case is currently in the interview
scheduling queue for the applicant’s jurisdictional field office. Once the
field office schedules this case for an interview, Ms. ** will then receive
her Initial Interview Notice stating the date and time to appear for her
scheduled interview. The NBC does not schedule interviews. The scheduling
of interviews are done by the local USCIS field/district offices depending
on their case workload. Once the interview is scheduled, the NBC will then
forward the file to the field office.

我想请问一下，如果是“interview scheduling queue for the applicant’s
jurisdictional field office”， 一般距离收到面试通知还要多久呢？这个时候还可
以继续请议员催促加急申请么？如果不能的话，可不可以至少请求EAD卡加急呢？工作
报道的时候拿EAD卡而非之前承诺的绿卡，公司会介意么？
最近因为绿卡的时候有点焦头烂额。希望可以得到本版兄弟姐妹的帮助。万分感谢大家

因为这份工作三月份就申请了，当时以为7.8月毕业的时候上班绿卡肯定下来了，就无
知的说了有绿卡，现在肠子都悔青了。
