name was updated然后收到ref，六月初补了出生证明和证明婚姻有效性的材料。现在
两个多月过去了还没有消息，所以前不久催了一下本州议员。今天收到议员回复，邮件
在下面：
Good morning Bobbi,
This email message is in reply to your inquiry regarding the Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, which your
constituent, Ms. violetduan, filed with USCIS on February 5, 2016.
USCIS electronic records indicate that an element of the background check
process in your constituent’s permanent residency case is not yet complete.
After this process is complete, the Alien File (A-File) containing your
constituent’s Form I-485 may be referred to an administrative review that
will confirm the placement of this case in a processing queue from which it
may be assigned to an officer for adjudication at the Nebraska Service
Center (NSC). Please note that we are unable to grant requests for
expedited processing in employment-based Form I-485 cases.
While we are unable to determine the date on which your constituent’s
permanent residency case will be assigned to an adjudicating officer and
when the adjudication process may be complete, you may submit a follow-up
inquiry to the NSC Congressional Unit after approximately 30 days from the
date of this email message.

大概就是说BC还没完，我后来打电话过去询问了一些具体的细节，议员小蜜人还不错又
去帮忙问了一下，然后跟我说现在还在working on your case，they are waiting for
your fingerprint check.
那么问题来了，Background check如果没有结束怎么会assign给officer然后给我发rfe
呢？
fingerprint check一般需要多长时间？我的name check是不是在name updated的时候
就已经结束了？还有就是现在还有什么是我们可以做的？
