骑驴找马，签好offer直到办完h1b，出奇的快。
h1b cap premium process：
2.28 收到offer letter；
3.8 签offer；
3.9 律师联系；
3.11 开始办LCA；
3.16 LCA approved；
3.17 h1b材料寄出；
3.22 email通知h1b approved；
3.23 辞职，two-week notice；
4.5 下周一开始在新公司上班。
是比较有名的F那家律师所的律师，他没跟我提新的prevailing wage的事情，直接上
LCA；我也没问他（担心会拖很久）。结果很顺利。

保险起见，律师建议我approved之后才辞职，而不是拿到receipt；新公司催的不那么
急，我就等到approved才辞职的。 |
