。有一天我终于忍不住，当面和那个老印在办公室里吵起来了，结果第二天被lai off
了。也就是月初的事。现在在找工作。请问在简历里我还能说我在工作吗？因为我怕
reference check的时候，管人事的 还有我老板会说我的坏话。reference check会发
现我现在没有在工作吗？ |

terminated. They can find when is your last pay check. |

Find the colleagues who will say good things about you for reference check.
Background check checks your degree, working experience, criminal record,
etc Your new company (in most of cases, big company outsources background
check to background check company) will contact the relevant parties. It
only checks whether you really worked in the old company. It should only
contact your old company's HR. It doesn't ask how you behave in that company
. It should all be done in a professional manner. |
