Vesting Commencement Date）；
这个日期一年之后，可以选择执行（卖掉或者claim stocks)你所有拥有的option的25%
（up to 25%，一般就都换股票或者直接卖掉了，因为拿到option的时候没cost，也不
是为了避险，不用白不用)。
卖掉option就直接套现了；
用Option入股票（注意执行价格，不过估计你的package应该很好），你的情况下是用
（远）低于市场价格的现金，购入股票，比如市场价格100刀/股，你Option的执行价格
是50刀/股。相当于你可以用50美金每股的价格购入价格为100美金每股的股票。
购入股票之后，你就成了公司的股东之一，有投票权。今后股票继续涨，比如涨到了
200刀，你的回报就会进一步扩大；如果跌，只要不跌到50以下，就相当于挣少点而已。
如果现在公司没还公开上市，拿的是原始股股权，之后公司又成功IPO上市，然后股票
在二级市场上热卖，股价飙升，期间拆股、配股，你得到其他option bonus等就不说了
(流口水.....) ，像coke当年，你可以直接退休了.....就请大侠发些包子给大家吧。
说远了....又跳跃了...说回来，Vesting Commencement Date一年之后每个月，你还可
以选择执行2.0833%（25%/12)的股权。

这家公司的确计划几年内上市不过三四年后也就是100M这个样子。option应该会是成本
接近0.
不过0.1% 也就是0.1M，不是很吸引人的样子。
唉，又是一个鸡肋offer
