分4年给，一年后可以开始享受25%。但进公司一个多月还没收到任何证明说我拥有5万
Stock option。问了HR，HR说最近正在进行新一轮的venture capital funding，要再
过一两个月股价定了以后，会给我一份agreement。我说不是股票价格每个月都会由公
司定吗？她说公司股票价格是请外面公司定的，目前的价格在过去几年内都没变过，并
说4年vesting time从我进公司那天开始算。
但我还是感觉很奇怪，为啥要等新的股票价格定了才能给我stock option agreement，
如果股价比现在涨了，我不是亏了？不是很懂Stock Option运作方式，还请大侠指教。 |

格，只能通过近几年的趋势估算一下。如果不是你认准的早期startup或者特别promising
的，变废纸的可能性挺大的。

个价并公告给所有持股人，然后当月进公司的新员工就按当月的价来算Stock Option?

一个他们能承受的strike price。我觉得，凡是还没上市startup，不给rsu，只给
option的都算比较扣的，除非option的strike是白菜价，那么才和rsu差不多。 |

收购的那一天才能卖。这样的话我的风险是很大的，因为我是自掏腰包花真金白银去买

if you have the 10,000 options of Zynga at strike price of $8.00. Of course
you do not want to exercise these option at present stock price. But if
after one year the stock price jump to $18.0, then your option would worth $
100,000.

strike price should be within a couple of bucks, the cost to exercise is not
that big.
If you decide to leave the company, normally your option expires within 3
months. It will be a tough call at that time.

一个他们能承受的strike price。我觉得，凡是还没上市startup，不给rsu，只给
