股票信息如下：
You were offered 37,500 options out of a pool of 21.4 million total. That
equates to .17% of the entire company. We had a post valuation of $67
million for our series A which puts that value at $117,000.
想请教一下，
1，这个offer怎么样？在seattle划算么？
2，主要是股票，这是能分到多少呢？怎么计算呢？

另外这个小公司叫qumulo，好处就是本来就在seattle，不用考虑relocation的问题。
主要是目前在公司也还可以，不知道应该怎么选择。也不知道这个小公司到底怎么样？

options
that means you get to PAY $117k for the shares when they fully vest, your
gain is the future price when you sell - $117k, not $117k
you should figure out what their post series b valuation would be

for early startups.

actual market value as the strike price

公司大股东可以增发， ceo可以给自己单独配股。
