发帖数: 1 | 1 我入职不到两个月，某传统行业IT部门，还处在熟悉公司业务的阶段。入职以来，只识
一个manager和一个mentor，从来没有stand up让我参加，没有其他认识的同事。每天
下班前发邮件写自己今天做了什么，并且每天下班前commit代码到github上，不管有没
有写完有没有bug。面试时说的岗位和自己的想法都是做纯java开发，可是目前的任务
要么是前端（完全不会），要么是开发安卓（完全不会）。
mentor负责带我并分配任务，可是她是我见过最不nice的人。问过几次问题，回答如下：
“For the question, the brief answer is yes. But I think I have covered it
in the meeting and you have the meeting record, you should take note during
the meeting or get clue from the record”，
“I don't know, it's a question to you”，
“All my suggestion is Google”，
“I can provide it to you but you should know it from the request itself.
also you should get the answer from documentations first. better to try
things you can do by yourself before throwing out questions. I think that's
more efficient to all of us, everyone is busy and time should be wisely
allocated”。
同时她还会问我：“why you didn't ask question about why xxxx table is empty?
I am waiting for you to ask this question from Tues” --> 这是周四说的。我
刚开始接触这个项目，不想问问题怕被怼，也没有想过要这种问题，我以为它只是没开
发完。
感觉每天上班都很痛苦，自己不会，任务搞不定，上网查也几乎没有reference，问
mentor也得不到解答只会被怼。每天都想离职可是马上又要h1b抽签。煎熬。 |

看team里有没有别的senior一些的人可以问，同胞一般会比较帮忙。
IT主要还是靠自己多钻研,问人之前也要做好homework。 |

发帖数: 1440 | 5 我感觉自己就是这样的mentor。
有时候的确对太弱的人老来烦自己，是很抵触。带新人也没什么好处，还扯后腿。
但其实对事不对人的。新人要做到心理强大，死皮赖脸，有问题发邮件问比较好。或者
定期schedule个meeting，时间要短。自己要多钻研，多看文档，不怕出错。当然只在
dev玩玩可以。
过阵子你就成老黄牛了。坚持！不存在人家喜不喜欢你，就是mentor自己也很累，满腹
牢骚。

发帖数: 40 | 6 有些时候，你问的问题，可能没人知道答案，而是需要有人去寻找答案。
而你可能以为你的mentor知道答案，或某些人知道答案，就想通过问问题把答案找出来。
而现实可能是没人知道，而对于你的问题，你需要自己去找答案（比如找Document，或
者找Google，或者想别的问题）。 |
