学校technology transfer和私人公司专利实习的经历。现在通过了纽约和新泽西州的
律考，但是一直没有找到patent的工作。网上的工作很多要求2+years patent
prosecution experience，这个条件我无法满足，没有标注工作经验的position海投了
一堆，除了据信就是石沉大海。希望在这的各位大牛提供宝贵的建议啊！ | L**P

background the firm needs. So it is out of your control, and you can only
keep looking.
Second, in this economy, entry level and JD are incompatible, because a firm
, especially big law, cannot pay a fresh JD with the entry level salary as
patent agent/technical advisor. Meanwhile, a fresh JD cannot perform much
more than a patent agent/technical advisor. Anyway, it is out of your
control. Just don't give up looking. | i****y

发帖数: 14 | 4 多谢LDEP和ironny的回复，一年级暑假我选择了修课（放弃了在俄亥俄一个法院的实习
），二年级在德州的一个公司有过实习，做了专利和tax credit prosecution相关的事
情。本科在国内读的物理，毕业后直接申请JD，法学院本身不好，申请的时候是tier2,
后来排名一直下滑，OCI只有很少的patent firm。说来惭愧，1L的时候由于刚到美国，
不知道loyola job fair， 2L又没有争取到面试机会。最近找工作挺受打击的。 | L**P

however, you'd better talk to more people and adjust your job hunting
strategies and even career goals.
You don't have any advanced education in any technical field, do you? Master
, PhD, research experience in EE computer science etc.? If not, patent law
might be too competitive. | a********h
