inspection,inspection的结果有些地方跟seller's disclosure有出入。比如:seller
说
no leak in basement; HWH 2 yr old,etc;inspection 发现地下室有漏过水,HWH是5

old.不过地下室seller说fix.总之,现在我们在贷款阶段,贷款若批了,就只等close.
现在我的
agent说要我们在seller's disclosure上签字还给她。
我的问题是:是不是买房子的过程里在seller's disclosure上签字还给自己的agent是
通常的做
法?
如果是,在我们这个情况下--就是有些地方disclosure跟实际情况不符,我们是要提出
来,还是不管

Yes. Your agent will return it to the seller. This is a proof that the
seller has disclosed the information to you.

Just sign it. It just shows that you've read the disclosure. It doesn't mean
you agree with the seller about all the information. Show the seller the
inspection results and ask them to fix the problems. Actually it is illegal
