这个的，但是我们是银行的房子，而对银行并没有这个要求。请问是这样的吗？
另外，我们做inspection的师傅也没有看出我们用的是septic tank，或者他至少没有
告知。请问septic tank属于inspector必须要告知的内容吗？

test or even pump the tank before they can issue you the mortgage. How could

发帖数: 147 | 6 谢谢！目前没有什么问题。但主要是如果事先知道，听同事说一般都需要做septic
tank的inspection，这样也好知道什么时候需要pump。
我们现在要给院子加fence，也因为不知道septic tank具体位置在哪不知道有些地方是
否适合装fence

现各种大小问题都没有发现

septic inspection is separate from general home inspction.
get a well/septic drawing from county's health dept.

我们还是想找到他们负责他们本应负责的事
谢谢你的建议！我找到我们county可以要求一份septic drawing，希望可以顺利！

发帖数: 1916 | 10 bank may be exempt from such disclosures. home inspector should have
specified their scope of work which normally does not include well/septic
test. i have bought quite a few bnak owned proeprties and never bothered
asking for an inspection as long as the price is right.
