rate. all from wholesale to retailer. The most important is find a people
you can trust.
Lesson: nobody is on your side for your money except you and your family.
Other people just for business. Some good ones work for long-term run, some
of them only want more money ASAP. |

business. I choose them because they match the lowest rate and lender's
closing costs I quoted from internet and other brokers. The only concern I
have for now, is that the appraiser appointed by them gave me an appraisal
value nearly identical to my offer price. I do not think this is a
coincidence. I expected a lower appraisal value. Although they claimed
independence of the real-estate division, I feel no doubt about their
