Here is what I get from the broker:
I have 4.125% with 0 zero points 30 day lock for a 5/1 Arm today. You
should really be looking at lender fee's only since that is what you are
shopping, meaning that Title fee's, taxes, recording and escrows will be the
same on this transaction any were you go. Our lender fees at Prospect
Mortgage are :
- #804 -Appraisal $395 ( depending on property condition or location a

their mortgage company, they will pay closing cost up to 3% purchasing
price.
