关于这里面的费用，请教２个问题：
1） ＧＦＥ里第２页的 #4和#5（title servcie and lender's title insurance，
and owner title insurance ） 是不是就是原来的 title／escrow 费， 这个费
用大概多少， 总共 $２５００够么？
2）＃１１（Homeowner's insurance）里 Hazard Insurance 大该多少? $ 500 够么?

will be their responsibility to compensate the difference. It's

是５０万左右的。这部分费用我可以不用管，是么？反正是 escrow 出具要多少。但
是现在是比大概价格的２倍，快５０００了，感觉太贵。
但是 有没有可能 broker 和 escrow讲好呢？
