银行approve了以后escrow给了个清单然后我就把钱打到了title company。可是收据啊
，证明啊什么都没有。只有一句话收到钱了。然后就说要close。可是除了钥匙我恐怕
在closing day什么都拿不到。我的agent说deed要3个月才能下来，那么我在这段时间
拿什么证明我买了这个房子？要是对方是骗子，有人出来说他才是屋主怎么办？我们都
没有互相见过面，所有的交易都是用email完成。大家说这个正常么？ |

I can only provide you with copies of your pertinent documents, which we
already have. You should already be in receipt of a copy of the fully
executed Purchase Agreement. If not, please obtain from your agent. All
of the documents you signed for the escrow also had a copy for you to keep
or print off of your email. The Grant Deed gets mailed to you from the
County Recorder after recordation and yes, it could take 3 months to receive
. Your FINAL Closing Statement will be your proof that you own the property
and I issue that to you at the close of escrow.

只是觉得这种流程，卖方和买方都不看id文件的交易太容易设骗局了吧。买个车还看id
和title呢，我连对方或者银行拥有的deed都没见过。

只要最重要的还是要买title insurance.其他的还好吧,钱在escrow company那里.

钱给打到那个company的账户，agent在从Las vegas回来的路上，半夜2点才到..
最后就拿到了一个hud，现在想想也全都好了。
