卖家我第二天才能拿到钱。但是closing的时候，我需要把房门钥匙交出来么？问agent
，她说给title company hold住，直到我们收到钱，title company再把钥匙给buyer
agent。但是title company说问我的agent。这个agent真是要把我搞四。。。
还有大家卖房子都选择wireless transfer钱么？都是当天能到帐么？

same day.
You need to ask your agent for the key.

发帖数: 16937 | 5 cashier check就等于现金。正常上讲，你们过户时，只要律师确认交易合法合规符合
程序，并确认买方已经付清房款，在双方签字后，卖方就应该立即把钥匙给买方。至于
你的房款应该可以委托律师或者过户公司给你通过转帐的形式汇到你所指定的帐号内。

问了我的agent，她本来说title company hold住，后来问title company，他们说他们
一般不管钥匙。我的agent就说她拿着。这个agent，这次帮我卖房子我很不满意。哎，
要不是着急的搬，我都不会卖房子。。。
买家是下午1点半到我的tital company签字，然后我是2点签字。然后我的title
company会把我们签字的东西fedex到另外一个城市，就是买家的title company。所以
我想知道，就算买家签字了，东西寄到另外一个城市后，会不会有成交不了的情况？如
果钥匙当天给了buyer，如果成交不了，我怎么半？

发帖数: 461 | 7 问题就是怎么确定买方已经付清房款？因为买方自己在银行工作，是个broker，我猜他
们公司是要求title company用在总部指定的，所以不跟我门一个城市。。
