Monthly Card Fee: A $2.50 monthly fee after the first 12 calendar months
following the date of purchase.

Looks like you can only order ONE card per purchase online.

发帖数: 427 | 6 恩，我刚刚也看到这里了，是比较麻烦些，不过优点是visa的GC可以用的地方很多，在
中国也能用，只要接受visa debit card的地方就可以用。
Amex的GC只能在美国用，另外，不知道是不是只要可以用amex debit card的地方就可
以用GC？

online shopping. And purchase gift cards from local stores such as Walmart
gift cards.
