件，因为我在申卡90天范围内有Green Card在手。哪位手上有Term发来看看或者支招如
何跟AMEX讨回这100K的点数？

AMEX这个EXCLUSION一般是针对现有CHARGE CARD的用户。例如你现在持有GREEN，GOLD
之类的，取消后90天内申请的PLATINUM都不能拿到OFFER。
CREDIT CARD用户一般不受影响。
