trying to make. If you schedule easy ooc and win the conference then all
other teams would do the same...PO committee want the strong ooc sos.

I could argue big10's conference schedule is much weaker because of super-
weak Rutgers team that gave each big-10 team a easy win.

looks like this is the first year big10 had 9 conference games, including a
infamous Rutgers team that gave everyone 40+ points.

other two would be even more shocking... lol 127/128 ooc sos has a reason
and Rutgers is not the cause.
