发帖数: 8 | 3 你好！我目前主要做Stress对Synaptogensis & synaptic transmission的影响和机制
，focus on一种神经肽及其受体家族在其中的作用。Hippocampus是我最关注的脑区。
掌握的技术主要有：
1、细胞培养：原代如海马神经元，传代的如PC12。
2、ICC/IF，IHC/IF。
3、行为学实验：open-field，Morris水迷宫和Y迷宫。
4、分子技术：western blot，PCR，plasmid的转化和转染。
5、电生理：入门级，会切脑片和whole-cell patch，记录过AP、EPSC和fEPSP。
6、软件：Premer Premier、ImageJ、IPP、SPSS等，Metamorph和Matlab正在学习。
本科时做过一点点生物信息学，关于不同物种的密码子使用偏好。

发帖数: 239 | 4 I suggest you start to pay attention to the ads on the sfn website http://neurojobs.sfn.org/jobs. Prepare a good CV listing your education background, publications and lab skills. Write a 2-page cover letter stating your research interests and why you are an ideal candidate for that position and what you can contribute to their research program.
You could also contact individual PIs and ask them if you have an opening
next year. When will you graduate? |

Usually I find job opportunity by browsing the website of the sfn neurojobs
and PIs' lab that I am interest in.
On schedule I will graduate next March, but my supervisor may postpone me
about a half year. You understand it.

按照本实验的发表水平和我的实验数据，预计发表在IF5左右的杂志上。
之前发过一篇mini review，中文期刊。这个应该不会有加分吧。
