发帖数: 1 | 1 The Chinese Institute for Brain Research, Beijing (CIBR) invites
applications for multiple Principal investigator (PI) positions at the
levels of Assistant Investigator, Associate Investigator, and Investigator.
PIs are expected to carry out outstanding research in any areas of
neuroscience and brain-inspired computing.
CIBR was recently established with the joint sponsorship of Beijing
Municipal Government and seven premier biomedical institutions in China. As
one core base for China Brain Project, CIBR aims at building a vibrant
interdisciplinary research program that integrates basic neuroscience,
biotechnology development, computational science, and clinical studies to
creatively answer fundamental questions about brain and behavior, and to
transform discoveries into products and clinical solutions.
CIBR provides generous start-up packages, internationally competitive
salaries/benefits, and 5-year stable funding that is renewable upon passing
review by an international committee. CIBR is establishing state-of-the-art
core facilities providing cutting-edge biomedical and computational
technology, strong administrative supports, and outstanding graduate and
postdoctoral programs. These resources enable each PI to freely pursue
research of long-term major impact.
Qualified PI candidates should have a Ph.D. degree with productive
postdoctoral training or industrial experience. Successful candidates are
selected based on their scientific qualifications regardless of age, gender,
nationality, or ethnicity.
