daughter Allison Liao will have his traffic safety hearing that will decide
if his license will be suspended or be allowed to continue driving
recklessly.
The recent dismissal of tickets that took 47 seconds http://bit.ly/11igIiF against the driver who killed our three-year-old daughter is unfortunately not unusual. This driver has stated on the record that he’s not responsible and obviously will not feel the need to change his behavior when driving. Traffic tickets against other killer drivers have also been dismissed, despite videotape and other clear evidence. DMV typically waits years before holding safety hearing for reckless drivers.
Join us on at the crash site on Jan 6 at 6:30pm at Main St & Cherry Ave,
Flushing, NY 11355 and demand traffic safety as a priority and apply
meaningful penalties for reckless drivers who kill, and get them off the
road.
