发帖数: 113 | 1 Unfortunately, after steroid shot, the ankle still has some nagging problem,
which does not hurt for normal walking but prevent me from exercising to a
certain level.
I probably have to have a small surgery in the late June or July because one
of the ankle bone protrudes too much that it cause constant friction with
the tendon and the bone itself has some mini-fracture because of that.
After the surgery, it takes 3 weeks for stablization, then 3 months for PT
rehabitation. So basically 2007 will |
