北京时间11月20日中午消息，据国外媒体报道，在周四的Chrome OS演示会上，谷
歌联合创始人赛吉·布林(Sergey Brin)穿的一双非常古怪的“五指鞋”令人瞩目。
这双名为“Vibram Five Fingers”的五指鞋最大的特点在于采用五根脚趾相分离
的设计。据悉，由于这种鞋更加接近于光脚行走，所以能起到锻炼肌肉，防止受伤的作
用。除此之外，穿着者还可以重新体会到光脚奔跑的感受，回归原始。 |

the $150 "barefoot" shoes that what he is wearing is a simulated one, while
I am wearing a genuine barefoot :)

on the road because of the way you accelerate on the treadmill -- the
belt accelerates first and if you are not prepared it is easy to form
blisters.

今天中午在公司gym想试试皇帝的新鞋。结果，不到10分钟就被staff劝退。跑的时候没感觉，停下来几个脚趾头就有灼烧的感觉，再跑肯定要出水泡了。就当塞翁失马乐。

前天（周一）到公司gym treadmill 试跑FF (上个月在Palo alto Zombie runners 买
的).个人感觉:
1. naturally ball landing, just like run bare foot. Good tool to 校正跑和走
的姿势.
2. 对后跟强度要求高.我本来脚后跟就疼,刚开始呲牙咧嘴,挺过二十分钟,runing
shape才恢复正常,六个迈下来,跟腱强壮不少.今天穿Saucony去外面road run,ball
landing非常自然,不用像过去特意调整落地姿势.
3. FF虽号称可以在外面跑,可鞋底只是薄薄一层rubber, no enough cushion. 在tread
mill已经感觉震脚.
