五周的总里程是: 5mi, 43mi, 67mi(包括一个超慢FM),58mi,72mi。pace从9分多慢慢
恢复到8分左右。这周终于恢复的差不多了。虽然体重比六周前重了5磅,但是感觉

bike ride 2 weeks after the race, I don't expect to fully recover in 2
weeks, but wonder if I'd be able to ride since it uses slightly different
muscle groups and it's low impact.

recover.
You know you are aerobically less fit when you can't maintain the same
aerobic pace with the same HR for longer than a few miles, or when your pace
under certain aerobic HR is significantly slower than it did in your last
peak.

better.

getting worried :). The bike ride isn't as important, I have done it 3 times
and I could do it in two days if needed.

recovered I think.
