if everything already remodel. you pay more $$$$.
people only see the roof can tell how old is the house????
I get the permit.
To Diy roof, you need a good tools not only a hammer and nail.
I mean a air compressor and coil nail gun.

but for the board, me and my wife carry most of the time. my other friends
help me carry some too.
